SOFTWARE AVAILABLE ON THE BLACK HOG WEB SITE
Software (if any) that is made available to download from the Black Hog Web Site, excluding software that may be made available by end-users through a Communication Service, (“Software”) is the copyrighted work of Black Hog, Inc. and/or its suppliers. Your use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the Software (“License Agreement”). You may not install or use any Software that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement unless you first agree to the License Agreement terms. For any Software not accompanied by a license agreement, Black Hog. hereby grants to you, the user, a personal, non-transferable license to use the Software for viewing and otherwise using the particular Black Hog Web Site in accordance with these Terms of Use, and for no other purpose provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. All Software is owned by Black Hog and/or its suppliers and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Launching Raffle Terms
We are committed to provide the raffled B-Lethal items, only if the crowdfunding campaign is successfully closed.
B-Lethal is a developing product, so it may be subject to alteration during its manufacturing phase.
To deliver the raffled drivers, the winners’ identity will be verified and it should match with the user registered in the raffle. Otherwise, the item will not be sent.
The device will be tested with different videogames and operating systems to try to achieve maximum compatibility. We commit ourselves to offer technical support only by using B-Lethal in surroundings recommended in our web. As with all manufactured products, there are things that can go wrong in the process which can cause delays. Bugs and quality issues can impact the schedule by a week or more. We’ve allotted time to address these kinds of unanticipated issues.

GENERAL
This agreement is governed by the laws of Europe. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Black Hog as a result of this agreement or use of the Black Hog Web Sites. Black Hog’ performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Black Hog’ right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Black Hog Web Sites or information provided to or gathered by Black Hog with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement together with the Black Hog Online Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Black Hog with respect to the Black Hog Web Sites and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Black Hog with respect to the Black Hog Web Sites. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
